Was exactly 1 week since we set foot in Cameron Highland, the weather was AWESOME!!! the average temperature was around 19~25 degree Celsius and i loved it the way it was, it rained a little but wasn't much a problem..

Scenery there was spectacular yet the one i love most was from the BOH tea plantation..

Items bought:
1) half a fridge of strawberries:
2) 12 bottles of strawberry jam
3) 3 bottles of strawberry cordial
4) 1 bottle of strawberry topping
5) 3 bottles of honey
6) 2 bottles of propolis extraction
7) 15bucks worth of veggie
8) 2kgs of corns
9) 2kgs of sweet potatoes
10) a box of ceylon tea
11) flowers (not sure bout the price)

guess that's it (was too boring, so i listed all out =.=), am not sure what else i left out.. the strawberry part was a little too much, and i guess that was enough to supply us for a full year of strawberry crave (to clarify, we gave out 3/4 of strawberries, strawberry cordial and strawberry jams, haven't lost our minds to keep everything to ourselves)..

p/s:
daddy, 1 more time i see you using the phone while driving, i'll issue you a summon before the police do..

Traumatized

Ever heard of someone spending 7hours plus in PC fair and yet not an exhibitor there? Apparently you are browsing through that guy's blog =.= i'd went to pc fair with dad and three other groups of friends.. the last trip was obviously the most awkward cause exhibitors there must had wondered why in hell is this guy still here, didn't i just saw him in the morning and afternoon?

All thanks to my classmates.. i'd stated myself clear when they first asked me out that if they were to go to pc fair, i will not follow.. they managed to convince me to get in the car and told me their plans for the night.. guess where? and there's no turn-back, the car was already moving and i didn't really plan to be the next jackie chan to jump off the car just to avoid going to pc fair, would make headline in papers the next day..

And... did i mention the part where i spent only 4bucks in pc fair for the car park fee?

Trip To No Where

Sunday, sunny...

Had a family trip to balik pulau (was dad's idea =.=) since we haven't been there for almost 5years.. lol.. haven't been there for half a decade, and the reason? nothing there really puts up the word 'balik pulau' in mind.. all i can relate 'balik pulau' with is 'trees', 'kampung', more 'trees', and more 'kampungs' =.= i guess thats why there were no tourists there when we visited... and god knows how daddy came out with a idea to have a family trip there (maybe daddy wants to support the local tourism program @.@) instead of Gurney Plaza or Queensbay Mall... at least i can do some (window) SHOPPING *wink wink* OMFG, i think im becoming a shopaholic real soon, or maybe i am 1 now... >.< get what i meant? kampung!!!

Went to Hard Rock Hotel the other night with family.. i did enjoy the Batu Ferringhi Night Market part, but the Hard Rock Hotel part? Hmm.. not really... To Hard Rock Hotel, i would say: good work guys, for the advertising and concept, it has been the talk of the town for its grand opening (or even way back before it even open its door for business).. At some point, it does make me feel that they over-advertised because there is basically nothing so special about the hotel except for its concept and the brand itself(you'll know what i mean if you visited the hotel)..

I have to admit, i was pretty excited before stepping in the hotel.. the "Hard Rock Hotel" logo, the "Hard Rock Cafe" logo and the Micheal Jackson statue was just overwhelming for all those 1st-time visitors and Hard Rock fans.. the term "Hard Rock" isn't just an ordinary term, but a well-known term recognisable all around the world, i'll bet everyone has seen printed tees of Hard Rock Cafe from all around the world, and now, we have our very own here, in Penanag, thats what i call an adrenaline-pumper..

10mins of walking around the hotel and you'll realise you are back at the starting point (it was dark and i didn't visit the hotel's beach), but that was pretty much everything that hotel can offer.. The problem of advertising is, if you advertise something in such scale (in the case of Hard Rock Hotel), people will be expecting something that is more eye-popping, breathe-taking and mind-blowing, and not just an ordinary hotel with 3 concept shops, a pool, a couple of restaurants and pubs and a kid-care-taking centre (that was all i saw).. Kinda dissapointed for that.. my verdict? 2/5
